4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be completed at checkout using available payment methods.

5. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom or made-to-order items are produced specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production begins.

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available within Pakistan only.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon successful delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or damage during delivery.

  • Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
